A Literary and Debate Club functions in the college in order to provide students a platform to present their views on various contemporary issues, and develop their oratory skills. This club believes that students need to be exposed to arts, literature and culture so as to evolve as broad minded individuals with a good world vision. Therefore it also aims to nurture the literary talents of students and provide an ambience to celebrate literature. The club conducts discussion forums and competitions in association with various departments to promote literary culture in the campus. It also encourages students to look beyond their prescribed syllabus through its literary and artistic pursuits. The club thus creates a healthy and holistic atmosphere for the growth of young minds and their creative skills.

Priya Priyadarsanan, Assistant Professor, Department of Malayalam; Dr. Praveen Kumar T. K., Assistant Professor, Department of Political Science; Dr. Adarsh, Assistant Professor, Department of Economics; Ms. Indu Balachandran, Assistant Professor, Department of English are the faculty members involved in the activities of this club.
